Shipping

Depending on the destination country, there may be import duties and local taxes for your order. These duties are not calculated in your order. You must calculate them by yourself. Please contact your local customs office for more information. You will be required to pay them to the courier at delivery.

Our courier for all shipments is DHL and Standard Shipping. 

If you ordered with DHL Express Shipping, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse in Tirana, Albania, approximately 2-3 business days from order date (if the product is in stock). 

Time of delivery varies between 2 - 7 days depending on your zone.

*Holidays falling on Saturday or Sunday shall be observed on Monday.
